David is a global expert in cross-border e-commerce, including shipping and automated duty classification. With Pitney Bowes, he is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence and natural language based processing to classify goods and duties for any package travelling across borders, to automate the entire process and make his customers millions in lost / additional revenues.
Prior to opening his consulting practise, David was the VP of Marketing for Borderfree, where he was responsible for a $4million B2C and B2B multi-channel marketing program. Prior to Borderfree, he had stints at both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and IBM as a strategic business consultant.
